Reflection has at least two meanings: one refers to remembering, pondering or contemplating; the other is a representation of an image given back by a reflecting surface.

Many studies show that gratitude changes our heart attitudes, enhances relationships, and reduces
stress. How can we cultivate a heart of gratitude for our families?
