VP of Ministry Efficacy

I didn’t grow up in a Christian home, but at 16, God led me to a church where I was introduced to Jesus and surrendered my life to Him. By His grace, I had the opportunity to share my faith with family members and witnessed several come to Christ. Without adult Christian mentors, my spiritual growth stalled for many years—until God, in His perfect timing, placed me in a church community where godly people invested in me. They taught me how to study the Scriptures and cultivate a deep, loving relationship with the Lord. That season awakened in me a passion for discipleship and led to various church roles focused on helping others grow in their walk with God.

Later, my husband and I served in global missions, where we had the privilege of experiencing people and cultures through God’s eyes. Professionally, my background is in instructional design, program management, and leadership, but I also pursued Biblical theology studies through Liberty University while serving with another mission organization. Around that time, I was introduced to KidZ at Heart International, and their mission to help children fall deeply in love with Jesus deeply resonated with me. Although I initially served as a volunteer, God eventually opened the door for me to join the staff full time.

Today, I’m honored to serve as part of the KidZ at Heart team, equipping children, families, churches, and communities to know and love Jesus more deeply through spiritual formation training.
