I grew up in mixed family, my father was a Muslim and my mother was a Christian. My father's hope was to see me an obedient Muslim child, on the other side my mother had different view. She always prayed to her true God to draw me close to him. In the age of twelve, my father took me to a Qur'anic school called "KHALLWA" to study Qur'an and Islamic studies. I remember, the Sheikh; an Islamic teacher, used to whipped us with a whip if we couldn't memorize the verses.

One day, I heard my mom talking with Sunday school teachers who came to visit us. They were saying that they weren’t using any kind of physical punishments in Sunday school, they only taught with love how to obey God, parents and respect the elders. From that moment my life changed and I began to love SUNDAY SCHOOL more than KHALLWA. I EXPERIENCED THE LOVE OF GOD, WHICH HAS FILLED ME.

Working with children was a big change to me. I have been working with children since 2008 as a teacher in school. I dedicated my life to help children in the church as well as in the society. I had the privilege to work with OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD as CMC (churches mobilizer coordinator) on the Sudan National Team since 2017. And now God has opened a new door to serve him through KidZ at Heart as national director of Sudan to train and transform both teachers and children's lives, so they can love Him with all of their hearts, minds, and souls and love others as themselves.

I got connected with KidZ through pastor Youeel, and I've been with KidZ for 3 years. The spiritual disciplines I am most impacted by are prayer, worship and fasting. I think the most excited thing about KidZ at Heart is that it trains you to practice the spiritual disciplines and draws you close to God.
